Give Me Some Lip (review)

Yes, sometimes I wear glasses. 

I got a mini-beauty haul over the weekend. Most of what I bought were restocking. However, this is new!

Sephora put together some of their favorites into a sampler called Give Me Some Lip. For $25 I just had to try them.

Today I am wearing Laura Mercier in Babydoll. First off, how cute is that name? Secondly, I like how it is natural and neutral enough that I could wear it with jeans and a tank top, but has that slightly shimmery look so it goes with something dressier as well. I might be premature here but so far I think I want a full size so I can use it more often.

I'm going to try a new one of these colors each day this week. If they are all this awesome then I think this might be an awesome Christmas present for someone. (I know! It's time to start shopping already! Meep!!)

Loreal Infallible lip liner (a review)

So you all know I am very loyal to my Rimmel lip liner. Lately though something weird is going on with my lips (very very very dry) so I ditched everything and started using new product. I am reintroducing the old ones one thing at a time to try and find the culprit - or to maybe realize it was just a strange fluke.

Anyhow, in the meantime I am using this new lip liner and I love it! I am using Loreal Infallible lip liner in nude. It's such a great color! It lasts long like my Rimmel so I am very pleased about that.

It is a couple dollars more than the Rimmel but with Rimmel being such an extraordinarily priced product line that is bound to happen.

Here is a pic I took the other day wearing Loreal Infallible lip liner in nude. If you are in the market for a lip liner I highly recommend this one!

Good Housekeeping started a study a year ago. I just found their results and thought you all might be interested. I may be testing some of these myself. How about you?
